Medium Rare – Red, Warm Center, Soft Texture 135 degrees
Medium – Pink, Hot Center, Springy Firm Texture 145 degrees
Medium Well – Slight Pink, Cooked Through Out, Firm Texture 155 degrees
Well Done – No Color, Very Firm Texture 165 degrees |
Please bear these temperature in mind when ordering with your server. These are NOT the USDA recommendations.
For best flavor, Flanagan’s recommends ordering steaks at medium or below temperatures.
